With 16 years of combined experience and hundreds of families helped throughout the Philadelphia suburbs, we guide our clients through every step of the process with clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and genuine care. As a husband-and-wife team, our strengths complement one another. Sam brings market expertise, negotiation skills, and strategic guidance, while Olivia focuses on marketing, client experience, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed from start to finish. Together, we provide a personalized, hands-on approach designed to help our clients feel confident every step of the way.

Meet Olivia
With more than 8.5 years in real estate, Olivia has worked in nearly every aspect of the business, including transaction coordination, listing management, operations, marketing, and client experience.
That hands-on experience has given her a unique understanding of what it takes to keep a transaction moving smoothly, along with a deep appreciation for the trust clients place in their real estate team. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication, Olivia takes pride in helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the buying and selling process.
As one half of The Pitkow Team, Olivia focuses on marketing, client experience, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed from start to finish. She understands that real estate is about more than contracts and closing dates…it's about helping people find the place where life happens.
When she's not working with clients, you'll likely find her spending time with her husband and business partner, Sam, chasing after their two children, Sophia and Henry, trying a new local restaurant, reading a good book, taking a Pilates class, or working on a cross-stitch project.
Meet Sam
With more than seven years of experience in residential real estate, Sam has built his career around helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.
Known for his strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and deep understanding of the local market, Sam helps buyers and sellers navigate important decisions with confidence. He believes every successful transaction starts with listening—taking the time to understand each client's goals and creating a thoughtful plan tailored to their unique needs.
A Montgomery County native and graduate of Shippensburg University, where he earned a degree in Business Management and Sales, Sam combines local expertise with a strong business background. He takes pride in helping clients understand their options, anticipate challenges, and develop a strategy that positions them for success.
As the other half of The Pitkow Team, Sam focuses on buyer and seller representation, pricing strategy, market analysis, and negotiations. His goal is simple: to help clients make smart decisions while ensuring the experience feels as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Outside of real estate, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and pickleball, exploring local parks and coffee shops, grilling in the backyard, and rooting for Philadelphia sports teams.
