Who Are Sam & Olivia?
We're a husband-and-wife real estate team serving the Philadelphia suburbs, but that's only one part of who we are.
We're parents. We're neighbors. We're the people who get way too excited about finding a great local coffee shop or trying a new restaurant. We love morning walks through Conshohocken, spending time with family, and exploring the communities we get to serve every day.

We Didn't Grow Up the Same (And That's One of Our Greatest Strengths)
Olivia grew up on a mountain in York County, Pennsylvania.
Her childhood included chickens roaming the yard, riding four-wheelers, helping her dad chop down trees, and catching frogs with her bare hands. Growing up that way taught her the value of hard work, slowing down, and appreciating the little things.
Sam grew up in Abington, just outside Philadelphia.
Many of his favorite childhood memories came from spending every summer at Camp Englewood. Those years helped shape the calm, steady, and encouraging personality that so many of our clients appreciate today.

How We Met
We met while attending Shippensburg University.
A few years later, Sam proposed while we were hiking the Appalachian Trail.
After three days without a proper shower.
Thankfully, Olivia still said yes.
It's still one of our favorite stories to tell.
Why We Love Living in Conshohocken
We've called Conshohocken home for more than 10 years, and we genuinely can't imagine living anywhere else.
One of the things we love most about the Philadelphia suburbs is the sense of community.
Our best friends live just down the street.
Sam's brother lives three streets away.
Daily walks have become part of our routine, and some of our favorite evenings are the simplest ones, walking through town, grabbing dinner locally, and running into familiar faces.
It's exactly the kind of lifestyle we hope our clients find, too.

Olivia has over 72,000 photos and videos on her phone. She'll gladly declutter a closet, but never her camera roll.
Sam plays basketball a few times each week whenever he gets the chance.
